UAWC Complete the Constructing 4 Kilometers of Agricultural Rods
The Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) have completed rehabilitating and constructing 4 kilometers of agricultural roads in Al-Majd village near Dura, as part of Baydar program for Inclusive access to and sustainable management of land and
water resources, which is run by UAWC and funded by the dutch representative office, and in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture.
These roads serves large areas of agricultural land in Area “C”, where more than 50 farmers will benefit from rehabilitating this area, in addition to easing the access to over 400 dumons of land.
This step comes within the vision and goal of UAWC to support the steadfastness of Palestinian farmer and protect the land from the risk of confiscation.
