Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) destroy 4 cultivated dunams planted with turnips and cauliflower east of Hebron
Hebron – IOF destroyed 4 cultivated dunams planted with turnips and cauliflower, in Al-Baq’a area east of Hebron, where the losses estimated at 50 thousand NIS.
An Israeli Military Force of 25 military vehicles and trucks participated in the destruction process. Moreover, the soldiers worked on destructing the crops and the irrigation system/network and then stole it.
The farmer Ghassan Badran Jaber declared: “we woke up this morning to the sound of the occupation’s military vehicles that raided the land and prevented us from reaching it. They destroyed the turnips and cauliflower crops, in addition to the irrigation network.”
He added that: during these two days we were supposed to pick these two crops, but the Israeli Occupation Authorities punished us and destroyed them, and the result was to lose more than 50 thousand NIS. The Israeli Occupation Forces want us to leave our land to become an easily attainable for colonizers, but we will stay here and I will plant my land again.”
